Acquisition of Solution Services strengthens Aite Group's position in Asia-Pacific
Boston, New York, and Tokyo, July 18, 2013 – Aite Group, a leading financial services research and advisory firm, today announces its acquisition of Japanese market consultancy company Solution Services Inc. Solution Services provides financial and IT industry information, news distribution, and consulting services for Japanese clients.
Solution Services has worked with Aite Group for six years, reproducing information from research reports written by Aite Group analysts for Japanese financial services clients. The relationship allows Japanese organizations to gain increasing intelligence on financial technology-related research in the United States and internationally.
Many Japanese clients of Aite Group also use Solution Services to translate complete Aite Group reports for use in the Japanese markets, and they work with both companies on consulting projects.
